Strategy

1. Shopify Optimization

We redesigned and continually built into the Shopify storefront to streamline the path to purchase and increase conversion rates. This included upgrading to 100% professional photography for products and before/after assets, restructuring product pages, segmenting the site for wholesale and partner logins with unique collections and pricing, incorporating upsell and similar-product apps, and upgrading to a more streamlined checkout flow for users.

2. Google Shopping Ads

We launched a segmented Google Shopping campaign targeting known high-intent search terms. Product feeds were segmented based on keyword targeting and custom intent audiences, and optimized with variant titles, rich attributes, and high-quality imagery to increase visibility and click-through rates.

3. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

We developed a full-funnel Meta ads strategy:

  • Top-of-Funnel: Eye-catching reels and carousel ads showcasing product examples in real life

  • Middle-of-Funnel: Product education, influencer testimonials, and benefit-focused video ads

  • Bottom-of-Funnel: Dynamic retargeting, bundle offers, and monthly deals

We also used lookalike audiences based on high-LTV customers and email lists to scale acquisition.

4. Email Marketing

We built an automated email journey covering:

  • Abandoned Cart Flow: Product reminders with built-in discount codes

  • Post-Purchase Flow: Installation tips, care guides, and upsells on related products

  • Replenishment & Loyalty Campaigns: Timed reminders for wholesale reorders and rewards for referrals
